Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues with your best interests in mind. We offer a 30-day return period on all Ready-to-Ship items purchased directly through our website or in person at our studio, even if the ring has been resized.

To begin a return, please email emma@shimellandmadden.com and we will guide you through the process.

All pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. You may choose either a refund or store credit (valid for 12 months from the date of issue).Please note that shipping costs (outbound and return), as well as any customs or duties originally covered by Shimell and Madden, will be deducted from your refund or store credit. The amount deducted will depend on the destination of the original shipment.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 working days once the return is approved.

Bespoke or customised pieces are not eligible for a full return. For certain made-to-order items, we may be able to offer an exchange depending on the piece; this will be assessed on an individual basis.
